Project Features

Implemented by Soyak Holding in Şişli / Esentepe, Soho Residence consists of 77 residence apartments in a 7-storey single block of 5 thousand square meters of land. In the project, which includes 1 + 1, 2 + 1 and 3 + 1 apartment types, the residential areas differ between 65 and 250 square meters. The Soho Residence project, which was awarded first prize in the Green Building category in 2012, is located in Zincirlikuyu, which is shown as the best Lokosyano in Istanbul. Soho Residence, located very close to the July 15 martyrs' bridge and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, is adjacent to the Maslak region. Designed by architect Mutlu Çilingiroğlu, the project is located within walking distance of Zorlu Center.
