Project Features

Cer Istanbul project, built on a 41 thousand square meter land area in Fatih by the Aegean structure, consists of 125 residences apartments and units in 10 blocks with low floors. 1 + 1 to 6 + 1 different types of apartments in the project will take place between 63 to 348 square meters. The Cer Istanbul project, which will be located in the historical peninsula, is designed with the aim of carrying the historical buildings to the future. The project, which will be constructed with the inspiration of Cer Workshop, will be designed in the low-rise way considering the silhouette of the city. The Cer İstanbul project, located close to the Yedikule Dungeons and Yedikule Animal Shelter, is located opposite the Yedikule Gazhane Building.
