The 5th Levent project, located on the developing axis of Istanbul, was implemented by Torunlar REIC. The project, which is located on the Tem motorway and at the intersection of Alibeyköy, is only 7 km away from the major business centers of Istanbul such as Büyükdere and Maslak. 3. Levent, a 3-storey large Istanbul tunnel with its 3-way connection, is located at the attractive location of the European side, and provides access to rich transportation facilities by taking place at the intersection of the planned large public transportation projects and metro lines. 5. Levent project includes large social areas, vehicle and pedestrian roads, as well as running tracks, cycling path, ornamental pool and ponds; recreation areas, festival square, amphitheater, basketball, football field and tennis courts.
There are 50 different types of flats ranging from 1 + 1 to 4 + 1 in the 5th Levent Project. The project was designed in such a way that people with disabilities were able to make maximum use of all social facilities. The 5th Levent Project was selected as the asında Best Transformation of the Year İyi in the architectural category in the Sing of the City Awards competition.
